Fulfil-IT works with most standard USB and wireless barcode scanners. The scanner should be able to read standard barcodes and QR codes. No special drivers or software are required – simply plug in your scanner and it will work as a keyboard input device. Popular brands like Honeywell, Zebra, and generic USB scanners are all compatible.

Yes. The History dashboard shows all fulfillment events with filtering by date range, courier, station, and status. You can see success rates, hourly order volume, error breakdowns, and search by order or tracking number. Automated daily email reports are also available.
A PC or laptop capable of running Shopify. For automatic label printing (Ninja Van integration), you'll also need a Windows PC with a label printer at each packing station.
